I can retrieve information easily on my phone from Evernote, but when I am doing a weekly or monthly review, I typically have 4 notes open on my screen (BIG3s - my monthly/quarterly/annual goals, MTL - master task list, PROJECT LIST. Practically speaking this means that if I don't have access to my computer, long range planning is harder. My own personal wikipedia (articles I find interesting about a wide range of topics)

Sort of a Someday/Maybe list, but also my holding place for things that are more than a month away stuff that has to get done but isn't tied to a date goes on this list.
